The new Oasis Academy Warndon is looking for an exceptional Phase Leader to join the leadership team from September 2014. The Upper Phase Leader will lead year 5 and 6.
This exciting new post offers the opportunity for an outstanding, innovative and dynamic teacher to lead our hard-working team in further driving up standards. The successful candidates will: lead all the classes in their phase; undertake performance management within the phase group; play an integral role in the development of the new academy as part of the leadership team. You will be encouraged to develop your skills in a well-resourced, supportive environment.
