Willenhall E-ACT Academy is now seeking to appoint an inspirational and experienced leader to the post of Vice Principal Achievement. This is an exciting opportunity and challenge for an exceptionally talented leader to join our vibrant and improving Academy.

You will be joining a newly appointed Principal, who has recently begun a programme of rapid improvement in all areas. This role will be integral to the revised leadership of the Academy.

The vacancy thus represents a unique opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and student centred leader to make their mark in the academy and play a pivotal role in raising standards and empowering staff in the relevant area.

Applicants will need to be highly motivated, inspirational and resilient and have a proven track record of raising attainment and standards within a secondary school setting. You will already be an experienced leader, with the creativity and vision to inspire and lead change but also have the focus to ensure successful outcomes are reached.

Familiar with being accountable for outcomes, the successful candidate will have the qualities required for effective school leadership. The successful candidate will also have the skills to build, lead, challenge and inspire effective teams.

We very much hope that this role will be an ideal preparation for a future principal's post.

You will be joining the Academy at the start of an exciting journey towards an 'Outstanding' judgement in the future.
