The College is looking to appoint a new Vice Principal Curriculum, Quality and Student Experience who will be responsible for providing vision, leadership and management across all areas of the curriculum and for driving the College forward towards an outstanding overall position. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for raising aspirations and expectations for all set against a high quality threshold to enable the College to grow in line with its ambitious goals to achieve sector-leading results.

You will be an inspiring strategic leader with a proven track record of success in a comparable senior Curriculum or Quality role. You will have a profound understanding of the challenges facing the sector and must have unswerving passion and the intellectual capacity to make a difference, take difficult decisions and drive an agenda of inclusion and opportunity for the wider community. You will have a passion for student outcomes, be pragmatic in approach, bring an ability to lead others in a time of significant change and manage a multi-functional team through an empowering and collaborative style.
