NewVIc is a successful, inclusive and innovative learning community based in Newham, East London. We are a comprehensive urban sixth form college serving a diverse and aspirational community.

The college has 2,700 16-18 year old students studying full-time A-level and vocational programmes, with very high progression to higher education. Achievement is good and we offer excellent support and development opportunities for our students.

767 NewVIc students progressed to university in 2013 and there was a big increase in the number progressing to the most selective universities.

We are looking for an outstanding Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. You will be an experienced and successful leader and teacher with a strong record of successful strategic institutional change and improvement and you will have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and equality in everything that you do.

Working closely with the Principal, Eddie Playfair, you will provide cross-college strategic leadership of staffing, teaching, learning and quality improvement, as well as specific developments to ensure that the learning, development and success of all our staff and students are consistently excellent.
