We are looking for an outstanding Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. You will be an experienced and successful leader and teacher with a strong record of successful strategic change and improvement and you will have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and equality in everything that you do. You will provide cross-college strategic leadership of staffing, teaching, learning and quality improvement as well as specific project developments. You will ensure that the learning, development and success of all our staff and students are consistently excellent.

It is critical we find the right person for this key role. Someone who can inspire, motivate and lead a team to deliver the absolute best for every student.

The right person will:

  • be an inspirational leader with the ability to drive change and engage teams to deliver exceptional results
  • have a relentless focus on ensuring we deliver outstanding teaching and learning and a curriculum which leads to successful outcomes and destinations for all students
  • the ability to tackle underperformance swiftly and effectively
  • be committed and passionate about our students and their success
  • be able to build relationships, make connections and forge partnerships with others outside the college to help us achieve our ambitions.
