Full time: Temporary post starting Monday 10th November 2014 until Friday 10th July 2015 to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

The Governors, Headteacher and pupils wish to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner to teach in our small, successful 9-13 Community Middle School recently judged as 'Good' (Ofsted July 2014). The post will mainly be teaching a variety of subjects to a Year 5 class, however, there will also be the opportunity to teach other classes and year groups across the school as part of the timetable.

You must:

  • Be an excellent Key Stage 2 practitioner.
  • Be able to evidence teaching at a consistently good or outstanding level.
  • Have the ability to establish positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
  • Have a desire to contribute to the wider curriculum in our successful school.

Applications are welcome from Primary School Practitioners, experienced Middle School teachers and NQTs. Visits to the school are recommended and encouraged.
