Hayes School

Hayes School is a mixed, non-denominational academy secondary school and sixth form for pupils aged 11-18. It is located in Bromley, Kent, and has about 1700 pupils.

Hayes School’s vision is to have “uncompromising aspirations” for every individual, and for the school to be an inspirational, exceptional community of lifelong learners. 

The school aims to achieve these goals by encouraging high quality, inspirational and innovative teaching and learning. The school aspires to inspirational and accountable leadership at all levels, and wants to see consistently high academic standards and expectations for every individual.

The school hopes to offer pupils creative, exciting and memorable experiences inside and outside the classroom, and cultivates a safe, secure and caring environment in which to work and learn.

The school values all students’ need to develop the characteristics, attitudes and self-belief to tackle the challenges they will face in future life. It also acknowledges that they should enjoy their time at Hayes, bew recognised as individuals, and receive recognition and praise for their achievements and efforts.
