An opportunity has arisen at our school for an experience and highly committed leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for a motivated, innovative leader, who has high standards of self and others, to play an integral part in developing and shaping our strategic vision for the Federation.
- We require a knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate person who will:
- Be a practising Catholic, committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of the school
- Forge very good relationships with all members of our school community and contribute positively to our culture of belonging and enrichment for all
- Work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the school meets its educational aims.
- Provide professional leadership and management of relevant staff
- Be an excellent practitioner, adaptable and able to prioritise effectively
- Promote the highest standards of teaching and learning in order to ensure every child progresses from their starting point
- Be an excellent teacher with a great understanding of teaching and learning, able to coach to others
- Have high expectations of all children and be able to inspire and motivate
- Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school and work closely with parents and other stakeholders
- Experience of leading others operationally
- Secure understanding of Teaching and learning
- Have a great understanding of inclusion
- Have the ability to lead effectively both operationally and strategically
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
