Set in a stunning location on the banks of the River Mole, within 45 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, Parkside is a leading independent boys’ Prep School, with co-educational nursery provision.
We are looking to recruit an inspiring, dynamic and experienced classroom Music teacher to join our Performing Arts department on a part time basis, and would consider 2-3 days per week. Further information about the role can ben found in the attached Candidate Information Pack.
There is a currently a strong tradition for inclusive drama and music at the school supported by outstanding facilities, including a performance hall, music studio, peripatetic practice music rooms and stage and lighting within the Gym for full scale productions.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering excellent quality of teaching, ready to join an already successful team and motivate the pupils to achieve their full potential. You will have experience of teaching music in a school setting, and leading music groups and choirs is an desirable, whilst demonstrating confidence and competence in piano is also an advantage.
