Anxiety UK is a user-led registered charity that was established in 1970. The organisation provides support to sufferers of anxiety disorders including children and their families. Services provided include a nationwide therapy service offering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling and clinical hypnotherapy; quarterly magazine - Anxious Times; national helpline service and a range of condition-specific information.
