I am a Director and designer specialising in games based learning - over 10 years’ experience. I have created games that are delivered standalone (web) and games that are played collaboratively in workshops / classrooms. I started in the computer based training industry in 1992 and have a broad array of skills providing me with a holistic understanding of learning. With my fellow Directors at pixelfountain ( http://www.pixelfountain.co.uk ) we have launched games-ED ( http://www.games-ed.co.uk ) to licence collaborative games based learning. Students take on different roles in a simulation and collectively make improvements. The approach supports curriculum + personal, learning and thinking skills.
