GEVOteach is an exciting new research initiative which aims to improve the teaching of genetics and evolution in secondary schools. The project will investigate how a knowledge of genetics can contribute to students’ understanding and acceptance of evolution by natural selection. The research will be conducted by the University of Bath, in conjunction with the Evolution Education Trust. This is a unique opportunity for schools to be part of an important education research project which may benefit current and future pupils.
