Passionate about teaching and hoping to "make a difference". I work at an ordinary high school which was previously designated as National Challenge (just been officially named the MOST IMPROVED SCHOOL 2012). The department has gone from strength to strength - A*to C results have increased from 47% four years ago to 84% in 2011/2012.
