PROFILE I have worked with families and other professionals in non-profit and private organisations since 2001. As a S.E.N.C.O. I have in depth knowledge of child development and supporting those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I frequently work with families who have English as an additional language and those who require multi-agency support. My fantastic written and oral communication skills mean that I am able to deliver sensitive information with tact and write detailed accurate reports using my perceptive observational skills. I have up to date knowledge and experience of safeguarding issues, maintaining confidentiality and current legislation regarding families and children. I am a friendly and understanding individual who is always up for a challenge and I am a great team player.
