I am an experienced professional educator and senior leader with a passion for preparing students for their best possible futures, in life and work. I am committed to onsetting pupils development within formal and informal settings and making a real positive difference to their education journey. I have vast experience of leading teams and developing SEND provisions; this has included developing innovative Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) curriculums and whole school careers strategies and programmes which have all shown an increase in pupil outcomes. Specialism of applied, work related, vocational and experiential learning, careers and teaching pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
