Education consultant with a background of successful school leadership; 25+ years of primary headship in five different schools including 4FE Training Junior School and 3FE coastal primary in extremely challenging circumstances. My role includes working with school leadership teams in improving the quality of teaching, initial teacher training, training and conference speaking. I inspect for Ofsted and for SIAMS. I write for Optimus Education and am a member of their expert panel.
