I am new to teaching but have worked with young people for 20 years. I am a firm believer in sharing good practice. As a reflective practitioner I am always seeking to improve my resources. I am passionate about education as I understand the many doors it can open for young people. Having failed at school I learnt to read and write when I was 23, it was tricky however I ended up a teacher Teaching is the greatest profession and seeing pupils learn is the most fulfilling thing that I have observed in my life.
