"Teacher Painter Musician Poet Mathematician Cleaner "
Teaching is not so much a job, as a calling, not about building a career, but serving a community and developing minds and hearts for a life of learning. It has nothing to do with numbers or letters beside your name. It is growing a psyche that is adaptable, innovative and good. This is a greater challenge than just getting people through exams. It requires ability not learned in academic study, or watching film clips, but through experience, trying out ideas and watching people. It certainly cannot be measured by tests, but is grown over a lifetime of questioning.
