specialising in the design of online profiling tools and self-assessments that enable people of all ages to gain a better understanding of what it means to be enterprising. The Enterprise Catalyst is a free online psychometric for enterprise -Tools such as www,enterprisecatalyst.co.uk are used in schools across the UK to facilitate learning, support enterprise, citizenship and business-related classes, and as a non-invasive way of working out if enterprise education has any impact upon aspiration, motivation and achievement. Dr Johnson is a Chartered Psychologist and coach, former Director of the Barclays Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Durham and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
