Differentiated sheets used to help children identify right, acute and obtuse angles. To start, children need to read the sentences at the top and delete as appropriate. I used this sheet twice; in the first lesson for recognising and identifying angles, then in the second as a chance for children to use protractors and measure the angles. Hope it helps!

These are 2 worksheets with word problems involving length. They are both differentiated 3 ways (L/M/H). One sheet requires chn to simply solve the problem, the other requires them to convert measures before solving them. I used them with my Y4/5 class, but could easily be adapted for across KS2 :)

This resource requires children to find the areas of 2D shapes, including some compound shapes and other shapes with decimal sides. I used them in my Y4/5 class and they really enjoyed the activity!

Differentiated worksheet (L/M/H) with a table where chn estimate answers to Q's which use the 4 operations. They round the question, write their estimated answer, before using a calculator to work out the actual answer. Extension could be to work out how far out estimations were (we did this as a plenary!) :)

Differentiated sheets for L/M/H; children are required to input missing decimals into the increasing/decreasing sequences, some of which do not always increase/decrease by the same amount (M and H). Used in a mixed Year 4/5 class.

2 sheets with differentiated (L/M/H) word problems relating to weight. They increase in difficulty through the need to convert between g and kg, and the number of steps needed in the problems (calculators needed). I used these with my Y4/5 class, and the children chose a problem, cut it out and stuck it in their book before solving it. Hope they help others! :)

I created this and used it over 2 lessons; the first required the children to draw an angle and estimate it, and in the second they used protractors to measure the actual angles they had created. Extension was for them to calculate the difference between their estimates and the actual angle! Hope they come in handy!
