Revision aid - focusing on key quotations . Students have to say who said it ? What this reveals about their character? What does it reveal about the the world of the play (social/ historical/ cultural context of the play AO4 WJEC). This was prepared for my target group of D/C students who need help learning quotes.They liked this game so much that they asked me to put it up on the school's VLE. Worth a try?

Slideshow of various literary inspired tattoos . I haven't used this yet - but I thought I might get groups to design a tattoo using a phrase or image from whole class text. Year 8, working on Shakespeare , year 9 on WW1 poetry. But I think the images themselves will generate some powerful class discussion , before we get started planning the task.
