Starters created suitable for any most year groups and classes. I have used them for year 7, 9, 10 and 11. Pupils need to use different reading skills to read around the text in order to define key words.
A practise paper based on the Eduqas C1 paper. I have used an extract from Alice in Wonderland which isn't a 20th Century text but hopefully enjoyable for the students.
Fully resourced and planned SOW for Noughts & Crosses. This SOW is aimed more at LA but could be adapted quite easily.
All resources are included, ppt and written SOW.

A series of cards which contain key quotes from An Inspector Calls.
The cards are an engaging way of revising quotes and can be used by individuals or groups as a competition/challenge.

The cards are an engaging way of revising quotes and can be used by individuals or groups as a competition/challenge.
I print these onto coloured card and put together using a treasury tag. It is a nice little flash card set the pupils can carry with them for revision.
