I put this together for my top set year 11 group but it can easily be re-adapted to suit any other...It contains ideas and work by other members, so please don't be surprised if you come across such bits and pieces. Compilation of common French Proverbs aimed at KS4 & Post 16 students... These French proverbs in italics are followed by their English equivalents, and then their literal translations 'in quotation marks.'
