Can you estimate the cost?' Differentiated numbers and rounded place. A set of questions, needed for working out the estimated cost of specific items.

A set of 30 bingo cards, containing 2D shapes. Revise 2D shape properties. 6 shapes per card, with an additional 3 spaces for children to draw or write in three shapes of their own choice. All three additional squares are at the bottom of each card, so can be sliced off, if necessary.

Times tables matching cards, with a Harry Potter theme, from 2-12. Can be used for snap, pairs, or purely as a revision aid.

A multiples game, with a Harry Potter theme, containing two game boards, player one and player two. Also required to play: a 12 sided dice/ 2, 6 sided dice or number cards up to 12 and some counters, or paper pieces. Children take in turn to roll the dice, or choose a number card. They must multiply the number on the dice, by the times table in the centre of their game board. If the multiple i on their game board, they can cover it over with a piece of paper, or a counter. First person to cover all multiples will win.

Blankety Blank, with theme tune Definition of simile, metaphor, personification and onomatopoeia, with blanks. Class consolidation of each one, through a game.

Two game cards, with multiples for a specific times table, with an Ancient Egyptian theme. Required to play, some counters to cover the multiples and a twelve sided dice/ number cards up to twelve. Children take turns to roll the dice and multiply the number that is shown, by the times table on their game board. If they have the multiple, they can cover it up. The first person to cover up all of their multiples will win.

Five postcards with images of European countries, for descriptive writing, display work etc. Used for a 'Hands Across the World Topic&'

Differentiated place value activity for year 3. Children interpret a number from base ten, or numicon, images, and record in digits. Once a number has been identified, they can try to find it on their hunt. Once the number is found, there will be a corresponding letter. Once all letters have been found, a code word will be revealed (in this particular case, a word linked to the rainforest). 4 sets privided. Each set contains the numbers and letters cards, and the task sheet.
