Posters and cards colour co-ordinated. I use these to encourage the children to ask each other questions during talking and listening. Can be used for lots of different activities.

This can be easily adapted with different amounts. It can also be laminated and used with whiteboard pens.

First document is the original in Word. The second is the same document saved as Word 1997, so that you can see and maybe use to make your own. Sorry I can't find another way of uploading them. This was a formative assessment I used at the end of a problem solving activity.

This resource originated with another source - I with a Polish parent fixed some spelling mistakes. I think made the notes I little nicer to share - sorry I don't know who created the original but I am sure they would want them shared. The first page of each document is a contents page.

This is something I tried with a P5 class last year, worked really well. The first is a copy in Word; second is the same in Word97. These are targets the children were aware of at the beginning of the lesson then at the end they filled this out. Some children can be really honest.
