I know the web link is already on the site but I have made a worksheet to go with it so that pupils can get all the info in their books. You will need to go to the curriculum bits website and click on the biology area.
As these don't exist for the new spec. I have used several resources from here and compiled a list of higher and foundation calculations to practice using the power and energy equations from the electricity topic. Both worksheets have the mark scheme on the final page
Higher and foundation sheet covering D-T graphs, V-T graphs, calculating speed and acceleration. Using forces to slow down, thinking, braking and stopping distances.
Used for lower ability year 9's to structure calculating resistance. Some challenge included as there are questions asking them to rearrange the equation
Using a board works slide I have made a table that can be used so that pupils can get the properties in their books. The cut and stick slides can be used for very low ability - these are sized to fit into the table
Created for my bottom end year 9 groups and covering the Activate physics modules. This was printed back to back A3 and given to them to revise for their end of key stage 3 physics exam.
I have taken all the variables used in the GCSE physics equations and put them into a match up sheet. They are split into those used in paper 1 and those used in paper 2. Worksheet is on the first two pages and the answers are on the third.
I have made revision sheets to be used as fact retrieval revision of the silly things that pupils get wrong. There is one for each topic covered in paper 1 and these are for physics only and combined science. There is a question sheet along with the AQA specification reference followed by an answer sheet. So printing for pupils you want pages 1, 3, 5 and 7
Suitable for new year 7 class to know basic science equipment what it looks like and what it does. Can be used as a joining up activity or cut and stick
Put together for AQA physics 2 to show the current-potential graph shapes for an Ohmic and non ohmic conductor. 1 file giving instructions on the practical, recording results and plotting the graphs.
