This is a simple 1 Minute Fitness Challenge. There are several exercises provided and more could be added. Students work in pairs, individual stopwatches can be used or a timer on a big screen or IWB. One partner counts the other and swap over. It can be used in a fitness SOW or is also used during wet lessons when we can’t go outside as this can be done within a classroom.
