A great lab to do in the run up to Christmas. Students do simple chemical tests to figure out which is Mrs Claus's biscuit mix. Make up various bowls (I used old christmas pudding bowls) of flour, salt, sugar, baking powder etc to make up the results. Label them A-E. Students record their re More…sults and present their findings. Adapted from something I read in a science mag last year, sorry can't remember which one!
