Yes you can be cheeky!. Thanks for all your comments. It's nice to know that the hard work is appreciated and useful to someone else. Sometimes you're not sure you are in the right track so it's good to know that others are thinking in the same way. I've uploaded the Individual Reading Record sheet with exploded levels for L4 and L5. Hope you find it useful.
