Great thank you! Just need to change to 'can' from 'will' to fit my school. I have never heard of burger sentences but in the context assume it is complex sentences.

thankyou for the support in generating my own, as i've never been the strongest, and it's closely linked to the APP grids. But it also enabled to do one for level 1 (which isn't inlcuded here).
To espaguete. Try looking here - a great resource that really explains the concept of burger sentencs, as i had to look it up. For my version I've replaced the word burger with longer, as that makes more sense to our children who've not yet encountered the burger sentence.

or this one is better

A great resource of you can find it direct by typing in burger sentences = look for the improvingwriting.wikispaces.com for the link.
Once again many thanks to the original sharer.

Unless I am going nuts - there is a very odd reference to burger that is repeated several times in this grid - burger sentences! Quite bizarre! I would like to know what it should be so I can correct it. I still think this is very useful but obviously won't give this out to my children as they won't be able to take burger sentences seriously!
