Hi there - this was useful and a real time saver.
There is something on page 4 which is incorrect. It's the bit about the curves on the distance/time graphs.
When there is a curve WITH AN INCREASING GRADIENT (becoming more positive) that means it is accelerating in the direction of motion, forward in this case. When the curve has a DECREASING GRADIENT it is decelerating whilst moving forward. Any curve above the x axis that has a negative gradient is REVERSING back towards the start. If it gets steeper as it approaches the x axis, it is reversing and accelerating. If it gets shallower it is reversing but decelerating.
It is also better to say "straight line" rather than "smooth slope" as some students might say that a curve is smooth and sloped.
