This crossword covers every section of the AQA P1a Core Science Unit - heat transfer, energy types, energy transfers, electrical appliances and power / energy costs, and finally electrical energy sources. It was prepared in Puzzlemaker but tidied up in Powerpoint. I did not save the solution but have included a spreadsheet with all the clues and answers listed alphabetically.
Printed A4, the squares are just about large enough to enter answers. I printed to A3 and had students working in groups.
