Synchronised swimming is a sport that demands extreme physical fitness, perfect team synchronicity and grace. Katie Skelton from Reading Royals explains the range of skills needed for the sport. You need to be able to hold your breath for quite a long time. Swimmers train six days a week in order to More… build up strength and stamina both in and out of the pool.
