BTEC First Hospitality Unit 1 - Pass Tasks 10 & 12

These 2 tasks have been interlinked - P10 completed first which is quite generic. P12 applies information to 'real' job roles. For P12 I took similar level jobs - operational - to compare the conditions between service and commercial settings.
