This is a notebook I created to teach about bearings. The activity that I set them was to use the instructions to find hidden treasure in the classroom. I have not included the map of my classroom as it would be meaningless but I did include the instructions I used as an example for you. I did this More…with a lower set in year 8 so did not use a scale but it could be extended to think about scales. The pupils liked that they were able to then get out of their seats and find treasure!
