I agree with Baius. Very dry, which i found hard to follow. I turned off at times, but an interesting comment would draw me back in.

Very useful. I was slightly turned off by the dryness of the dialogue, initially. However, persevere, because there are some thought-provoking questions about teaching styles that I certainly hadn't considered before. For instance: "Are you creative or structured?" and "Can you be both?"
