Buddhist Hand Mudra

Overall rating 4 out of 54.3 (3 ratings)

Last updated 02 April 2013, created 11 July 2011, viewed 940

In this lesson we talked about the different Buddha statues and what their hand positions meant. We spent a few minutes meditating on those ideas and thought of a time when we had thought about teaching, being brave or concentrating. Then used 3 attached sheets. *If you download, please take time to rate and comment - makes it all worthwhile!*
