I love teaching lit and I was delighted to find these resources, they are proving very popular with my students who are experiencing foreign lit for the first time. You have put a lot of time and energy into them- thank you so much!

Hello sb23, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you for your L'Etranger materials - I'm teaching Year 13 for the first time this year & had been terrified about teaching the novel but your materials have really helped me to get my head round the themes, etc. I just had one small question: in the workbook for part 1, ch. 5 & 6 - what does the man pushing the rock up the hill represent?! Many thanks

Great resources thanks so much. With ch 5&6 (pt1) perhaps i am being dim, but i don't understand how the pictionary works, as there seems to be no guessing element. Do they draw on the board or on paper? Also, where are the theme cards - are these the ones in the boxes in the resume of ch 3&4? Are they in A4 format anywhere on the site?
Great stuff, must have taken ages, thanks a lot
