One of a series of TESiboard ( http://tesiboard.co.uk ) "Probability" counting activities. This game uses a number of known counters of up to five colours hidden in a box. Pupils try to predict which colour counter will come out next by calculating the probability for each colour. Use the calculator to help predict the outcome.

This is quite a challenging task, inviting children to calculate the probability of selecting a certain coloured ball from a box, based on the knowledge of the contents of the box. Answers can only be given as decimals, so even from simple tasks such as 2/3 of balls, data must be rounded to 2d.p. before entering. Probably best with most able mathematicians as an extension.
