This is an ammended version of the one I originally uploaded. This includes the updated (sic) APP bits. Bit rough in places, so feel free to ammend and if yours looks better than mine, let me know and i'll have yours instead!

I use this for all my Criterion Scale marking. Point to check - I think on your totals the ranges for L4 and L5 are wrong. E.g. you put 18-23 for L4A when there are only 18 points to score, it should be 14-18.
