These are the assessment sheets I use when marking Dida U1. They combine the Assessment Recording Sheets, Assessments guidance and walkthrough info in a single document. The sheets can be used for formative and summative assessment. Ive never had any marks changed by a moderator since creating & using them!

I am going to use this form as Im still new to DiDA or this SPB, and can tell you how it went. Thank you again for doing this as I am looking for anything I can to support my marking; such that I have asked students to hand stuff in to check their work as this unit is quite an important one - Im taking over from another teacher.
