They all agreed in the fact that Dada liked to ridicule ruling autority in society without formulating any serious alternative roads to go! Even the artists themselves they didn’t take serious. And also Dada itself was subject of their jolly criticism…

Dada was the most revolting of all modern European art-movements. It started in Switzerland and Germany, reacting strongly on World War 1. It was a critical art-style with fun and jokes - but in fact Dada was more or less an artistic way of life, spreading over whole Europe.
Dadaism didn’t want to become a real art movement, with new goals and options to create modern art, like Futurism or Cubism wanted. No, they wanted only criticize.
