David Beckham and Hannah Montana Timestables IWB Activity

These can be used as a mental warm up. They are very gender specific but I have found them to work well to encourage the children that are less confident to ‘have a go’. Put the powerpoint on the IWB and then choose children to come up and fill in the answer.

Super range of questions with yes, gender specific, but inspiring people and easily adaptable to suit

I'll try anything with my year 7's. I have just inherited a VERY low ability year 7 group and so hopefully this will encourage my students to participate in class whilst learning their tables.
