Worksheet I made for a Y7 class for an early lesson in energy resources topic. Differentiated with a harder extension question on the energy transfer which occurs in photosynthesis.
Please provide a rating.
I have to agree with Hanmphillips these are only useful to show energy transfers. They are definitely not Sankey diagrams.
I also just wanted to reiterate that these are not Sankey diagrams. They a lovely colorful energy trasnfer diagrams
These are not Sankey diagrams!! Your pupils will lose marks in exams if they draw Sankey diagrams like this. The width of the arrow should be representative of the amount of energy.

Good starter, I will make a second worksheet which includes energy values in joules (as a nest step up) thanks for sharing - very clear images.
