There are some really good routines in here that I will definitely use. The way he impliments seating plan is excellent. However I would like to see how he deals with pupils who do break the rules/try it on.

I did this with my first 3 classes that I ever taught - and it worked amazingly. Firm but fair. I would not have been able to do this without this video. Thank you.

I'm a teacher of FE and have experience of teaching in other areas too - this is excellent. I was ablt to relate to this as David displays a similar style to that of my former mentor and myself and it is good to see a teacher who is able to work with the students in this way bringing the best out in them. Top marks to this guy!
