This is for a 100 minute lesson, but there are two tasks which could be split over two 50 min lessons.

The Timeline Poster is one activity and the Darwin text based activity is the second activity.

The text may be too textual for low ability or low reading age students, my low reading age group had an LSA and they were ACE!

Good resource but the video links are not working so rated it a 3 instead of a 4 or 5. Do you have updated links to the videos?

This was great today and required little preparation. Simply by following the instructions, the students worked constructively in groups and created their own notes by answering the questions on the handout. I opted for a discussion to follow the worksheet about creationism versus evolution

This was so easy to use for cover, The class were competitive with the timeline "who could complete it first " I would definitely use resources from this source again

It's really clear and easy to follow. The kids liked the timeline activity. I blew up the timeline activity to make it larger and the poster sized papers made it easier for students to work in groups.
