Exchanging the baton in relay racing

Jason Gardener was an Olympic Gold medallist in 2004. Baton exchanging in a relay race is not easy when running at top speed, so he offers young athletes at Wessex and Bath Athletics club some advice. The most common mistake is not getting the baton to the outgoing runner within the changeover zone. Jason gives some top training tips.
