Factorising, expanding the ultimate interactive IWB tool. For teaching expanding double brackets with and without a co-efficient, with examples and questions. Also covered is factorising quadratics. IMPORTANT - there are hidden boxes to reveal the answers - just click. This package also has 2 poss More…ible recap starter activities on factorising linear expressions and expanding a single bracket. From watching Tim Buckton's video I might upgrade the spreadsheet so we can work backwards. I will update this workbook with some promethean flipchart files to complete the package..

This is an excellent tool that could be used in front of the class, in an ICT room for independent work, lots of possibilities. Scope for ramping up/lowering difficulty based on your classes progress, nice little starter in there too. Excellent.
