To start you need to test the pupils say with 20 questions, then set the points system up, you decide the benchmarks for the win, draw or lose, . You then put the pupils in decending order on the league chart (best printed a4)
now you just add to their points each time yo More…u test them. Ideally each half term or term you have a promotion/rrellogation that takes place with the top and bottom of each division that is being occupied. This helps keeps the pupils focused on their tables.
The man of the Match is an award for achievement that is presented after each test.
