This PowerPoint slide is the ninth of 31 resources to extend numbers, and introduce and practise dates, times and birthdays. Print out A4 sheets of paper/card so that pupils can play this game in pairs. Pupils can throw dice (saying out loud the number they have thrown) to move squares, pronouncing which number and Christmas character they have landed on. The winner is the first to reach 31.

Thank you - a godsend today for my low ability class! They are going to look up the words first then I will teach them how to say, I am throwing the dice, it's my turn etc. Great visuals and a lovely pic to have on the IWB at the same time..
